He is a process-driven Project Manager, who is skilled at relating small details to the overall project. This helps him create highly efficient systems that eliminate waste and focus on the most critical aspects of construction. Kyle has a personal pride in every project he is involved with, and holds himself and his entire team to rigorous standards of quality.
David is the founder of Milestone Lean Consulting. He assists projects and organizations with Lean transformations, the Last Planner System®, and Value Stream improvements. He created the 5S training for Lean Construction Institute and is an AGC Lean Construction Education Program Instructor
Colin began his Lean Journey in 2000 when getting his master's and PhD at UC Berkeley. Colin has worked with public and private organizations on projects ranging from $2 million to $1 billion, assisting project teams and organizations to implement Lean Construction. Colin is also an LCI and AGC CM-Lean instructor
