In this presentation, we will discuss some guidelines on how to maximize the utility of VR in your organization. We will discuss the best scenarios where you can use VR; its advantages; our personal experience using VR for the past 3 years; and of course, some of the challenges we encountered using VR.
The work has changed – meeting virtually has become a common practice. With that new type of communication, new challenges arose. Some of these challenges are:
· Low focus due to multitasking
· Zoom sickness
· Low absorption of knowledge
· Unstable decision making
A change is needed. Virtual Reality addresses these shortcomings due to two intrinsic characteristics of the environment within VR, which are:
