About this event
The benefits of Lean during Construction are well established. But very few architects have been applying Lean to the design phase. This webinar features Kurt Neubek, FAIA, CSSBB, an architect with Page and a trainer for both the Lean Construction Institute and the Construction Owners Association of America. Kurt is the Principal-in-Charge for over $1B in work in four cities, and has participated in Lean projects across the country.
