Lean Design & Construction is becoming more popular across our total supply chain as a means to improve our industry performance in project delivery. Additionally, more companies are choosing to engage in their own internal Lean journey. Do we need to embrace the mindset and practices corporately before we can truly be successful participants in Lean project delivery? Which comes first?

As the pressure continues to rise for companies and projects to deliver value in more competitive and innovative ways, the focus on efficiency is higher than ever. There are two competing ideas within the efficiency conversation that we must navigate to be successful: resource efficiency and flow efficiency.

This session will explore this paradox and ‘connect- the-dots’ regarding common practices that span the internal and external application of Lean, Agile and Operational Excellence. The goal is to provide participants with an improved awareness of key success triggers that can accelerate progress both inside your company and in project delivery.
