Jon Lerche

Lerche holds a Ph.D. degree in offshore wind execution and construction management. He currently works within the renewable energy sector, focusing on delivering offshore wind farm projects. He understands how to take asset projects from development to operations, reducing CAPEX and OPEX, by working on both strategic and operational levels in the organization.

He is an expert in wind turbine project delivery and operations management. His academic and research interests are with investigating the origin of variability in mega projects offshore, and how to improve project delivery through management on both strategic and operational levels. He talks about construction management, green transition, ESG-reporting, and how large organizations can adapt to the constantly changing market.
