This webinar goes over new empirical research that highlights the business benefits of applying Lean. The data shows that projects with high Lean intensity are three times more likely to complete ahead of schedule and two times more likely to complete under budget. How and why Lean and IPD projects are excelling were explored through research efforts conducted by Dodge Data & Analytics and the University of Minnesota.
The data from this webinar is based on benchmarks from 162 projects and statistical analysis on 27 management methods. This research showed significant correlations between high lean intensity projects and achieving cost, schedule, and quality performance.
