The European Lean Construction Conference is designed to bring together Lean Construction practitioners across the continent in order to share stories, best practices, and lessons learned. Europe as a continent has diverse Lean Construction practitioners, different cultural barriers and unique approaches to applying Lean Construction. Our goal with this conference is to help the European Lean Construction community unite, share best practices, learn from each other and improve together.
The conference is designed to help people working in the AEC industry, from owners and project executives to trade partners and superintendents, develop a fundamental understanding of Lean Construction and learn from advanced practitioners. The conference is hosted over 2 days with over 17 sessions presented by 26 industry experts with a diverse range of roles from leading AEC companies in 11 European countries.

Earn AGC-CM Lean Continuation Education Credits: AGC of America recognizes the European Lean Construction Conference as qualifying for continuing education hours towards the renewal of AGC’s Certificate of Management-Lean Construction (CM-Lean). Each hour of educational content is equal to 1 hour of CE credit. Attendees may earn up to 12.0 hours of CE credit by attending the entire Virtual Conference, June 22-23.
Below is a breakdown of the CE hours for each learning day:
June 22, 2022: Learning sessions from 9:15 – 17:00 Central European Time (less meals and breaks) = up to 6.0 CM-Lean CE hours
June 23, 2022: Learning sessions from 9:15 – 17:00 Central European Time (less meals and breaks) = up to 6.0 CM-Lean CE hours
All attendees can forward their certificate of attendance or ticket receipt to AGC and have the conference count towards renewing their CM-Lean certificate.
